Hockey Club Lugano announces that Roberts Cjunskis will begin the 2024/25 season in the Swiss League with Sierre.
The 21-year-old Latvian forward with a Swiss license, under contract with HCL until the end of the 2025/26 season, has so far played 158 games (120 points) with the U20 Elite team and 28 games with the first team of the Bianconeri.
"In order to get as much ice time as possible to continue Roberts development, we have agreed to allow him to start the season in the Swiss League with Sierre” - said Hockey Club Lugano General Manager Hnat Domenichelli.
