HCL and Lugano Region: together to tell the story of the region

Hockey Club Lugano and Lugano Region have recently extended their partnership for the next two seasons, continuing a relationship that sees Lugano Region among the official partners of the Bianconeri club.

Working in synergy with public institutions and private tourism stakeholders, Lugano Region promotes the tourism offering of the Lugano area throughout the year, while respecting sustainability and the region’s identity. Its activities include managing and maintaining the network of hiking and cycling trails, assisting and informing visitors, and promoting and marketing the destination.

For Hockey Club Lugano, consolidating its partnership with Lugano Region highlights the strong connection between a sports club with thousands of fans and supporters of its first team, more than four hundred girls and boys playing ice hockey in its youth sector, and a proud history that has carried — and continues to carry — the name of Lugano throughout Switzerland and abroad, together with the region it represents.
