Great! We look forward to seeing you at the rink! No action is required: your digital season ticket will be emailed to you in mid-August. You can download and save it to your Wallet. Please log in to your account here to check your details. You’ll need the authorization code found on the invoice or in your subscription email.

AVS/AI holders and kids up to 16 receive a printed card by default. On request (with a personal email), a digital version is available by writing to [email protected]. All other subscribers receive a digital pass by default.
Log in to your account here, choose your season ticket or a specific game, enter the recipient’s email and click “Send”. The ticket is valid only for the person who receives it.
If you renewed via invoice, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a new one. If you renewed online, click "Forgot password" on the login page.
If you renewed, log in here using the authorization code from your invoice or email. From there, check your data and activate your digital account.
If you're not among those who automatically receive a printed card, you can still request one for the 2025/26 season by writing to [email protected]. From 2026/27, a CHF 20 fee will apply. Check our website for info sessions.
