Your digital season ticket is already available online: you can download it right away and add it to your Wallet.
Log in to your account on the Ticket Center.
If this is your first login, click on “Forgot password?”, enter the email address linked to your account and set a new personal password. If you don’t know which email is associated with your account, contact us at [email protected]
Once logged in, you will be able to download your digital season ticket.
If you don’t remember your email or have never logged in before, write to [email protected] to find out which email address is linked to your season ticket. Do not create a new account, otherwise your ticket will be blocked.
Seniors (AVS/AI) and children up to 16 years old receive by default a printed season ticket card. Upon request, by writing to [email protected], it is possible to receive the digital version if the user has a personal email. All other subscribers will by default receive a digital season ticket. Only one format is allowed. If you switch from card to digital or vice versa, the previous format will no longer be valid.
Log into your account here and view your season tickets. You can transfer the whole season ticket or just one game. Under “My Orders”, instead of saving it to your Wallet, you can send it to someone else by clicking on “Share” (your smartphone/PC sharing menu will open). Your ticket will be deactivated for that game and will only be valid for the person receiving it.
Click on “Forgot password” on the login page to create a new one.
If you are not among those who automatically receive a printed season ticket, you can still request it for the 2025/26 season by writing to [email protected]. The formats are mutually exclusive: you can choose either the printed card or the digital version. Starting from the 2026/27 season, a fee of CHF 20.– will apply. Also check the information events on www.hclugano.ch.
It is the platform where you can resell your seat if you cannot attend a game. If another fan purchases it, you will receive part of the revenue. A convenient way to avoid wasting the value of your season ticket!
