Hockey Club Lugano announces that, following a heavy collision with the boards in the final minutes of the game against Bienne, Canadian forward Brendan Perlini sustained a dislocation of his left shoulder, which was promptly reduced after the impact.

Subsequent medical examinations ruled out severe injuries, and therefore a non-surgical approach has been chosen.

The player will follow a targeted rehabilitation protocol, which includes approximately six weeks of physiotherapy.

Considering Brendan Perlini’s injury and the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the return of Finnish forward Rasmus Kupari, General Manager Janick Steinmann will evaluate all available options on the market to compensate for the absence of the two foreign forwards.
