Rasmus Kupari is a Finnish forward born in Kotka in 2000. After rising through the ranks with Kärpät Oulu, he was selected in the first round of the 2018 NHL Draft by the Los Angeles Kings (20th overall) and made his NHL debut in the 2020/21 season.
Following three seasons split between the Kings and the Winnipeg Jets, during which he collected over 150 NHL appearances, he decided in the summer of 2025 to embrace the project of Hockey Club Lugano.
With his speed, puck-carrying ability, and offensive vision, Kupari adds freshness, creativity, and valuable experience at the highest level of hockey to our attack.
