Calle Dahlström is a Swedish defenseman born in Stockholm in 1995 and developed in the Djurgårdens IF youth system. Drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in 2013 (51st overall), he made his NHL debut in the 2017/18 season, playing for Chicago, Toronto, and Winnipeg, while also logging significant minutes in the AHL.
In 2022 he returned to Sweden, signing with Frölunda HC in the SHL, where he proved his solidity and experience at the European level. In the summer of 2025, he chose Hockey Club Lugano for his first experience in Switzerland.
